Bam Bam Resources (NPEZF) could be well positioned to take advantage of the World Copper shortage

According to an article published by Bloomberg (1), the world may face a massive shortfall of what’s arguably the most critical metal for global economies: copper. The copper industry needs to spend upwards of $100 billion to close what could be an annual supply deficit of 4.7 million metric tons by 2030 as the clean power and transport sectors take off, according to estimates from CRU Group. The potential shortfall could reach 10 million tons if no mines get built, according to commodities trader Trafigura Group. Closing such a gap would require building the equivalent of eight projects the size of BHP Group’s giant Escondida in Chile, the world’s largest copper mine. (1)

A small-cap company that could potentially benefit from the massive need for copper that’s worth coducting due dilignece on is Bam Bam Resources Corp. (CSE:BBR) (OTC US:NPEZF). Bam Bam Resources Corp (OTC US:NPEZF) is engaged in the identification, review and acquisition of latter stage copper and copper/silver/gold assets. The flagship project is the Majuba Hill copper, silver and gold District located 156 miles outside Reno, Nevada, USA. Management has been mandated to focus on safe, mining-friendly jurisdictions where government regulations are supportive of mining operations.

In a recent press release issued by the company, David Greenway, President and CEO, commented, “Our development in 2021 at the Majuba Hill District has identified multiple new zones and caused the size of the program and project to expand dramatically. This furthers in our assessment that the copper/gold deposit holds a widely disseminated porphyry style deposit with an oxide cap. I am looking forward to engaging an environmental firm that can provide assistance and strategic advice as we proceed with exploration and development at Majuba.” (2)
